A single-fascicle alternative recension of 聖堅 Shèngjiān’s Śyāmaka-jātaka translation, transmitted in slightly different textual form. Signature: 「乞伏秦三藏法師釋聖堅譯」 — the dynasty designation 乞伏秦 (“Qǐfú Qín”) is the formal name for the Western Qín under the Qǐfú ruling house, and is the same political entity as 西秦 (Western Qín) under which T175a is registered.

Abstract
T175b is one of three Taishō recensions of 聖堅 Shèngjiān’s Śyāmaka-jātaka translation; see T175a and T175c for the two parallel recensions. The dynastic-attribution variation across the three recensions (西秦 / 乞伏秦 / 姚秦) reflects different canonical-tradition catalog headers; the actual translation is a single Western-Qín work transmitted in slightly different textual states.
