About the work

A two-juan Yuán-period revision by Yúnwài Zìqìng 雲外自慶 of the qīngguī 清規 (pure-rules) monastic regulations for Tiāntái-school institutions (jiàoyuàn 教苑 — “doctrinal gardens,” the Tiāntái-school monastic designation distinguishing them from Chán-school institutions).
