This 1-fascicle text by the Liáo monk 志仙 Zhìxiān is a precept-text (jiè 戒) on the generation of bodhicitta, framed as the foundational vow underlying the bodhisattva path. The text — preserved in the Fángshān stone-canon (F1076) — is one of the few extant Liáo Buddhist devotional texts.

Abstract
The bracket adopted here (1000 – 1125) reflects the broad Liáo dynasty period (916 – 1125) during which the work would have been composed. The Fángshān stone-canon preservation provides exceptional textual security, with the text cut into stone alongside the great corpus of the Fángshān stone-cut Buddhist canon.
The work is preserved in the Fángshān shí jīng 房山石經 collection (F1076).
