This 1-fascicle text — preserved in the Fángshān stone-canon (F1084) — combines doctrinal material attributed to 法藏 Fǎzàng with editorial work by an anonymous “Hermit of Great Fragrant Mountain.” The title’s Jiànná biāohē 健拏標訶 is a transliteration of Sanskrit Gaṇḍavyūha — i.e. the Avataṃsaka’s closing chapter — and the mìmìyì “esoteric meaning” indicates the text’s classification as Esoteric / Tantric Buddhist material rather than mainstream Huáyán-school doctrine.

Abstract
The bracket adopted here (670 – 712) reflects 法藏 Fǎzàng’s mature period, the conventional dating of the doctrinal substance. The Esoteric-Buddhist orientation of the work — pairing a Tang Huáyán-school doctrinal authority with an anonymous “Hermit” compiler — is unusual in the Fǎzàng corpus and may reflect the Tang period’s developing Huáyán-Tantric synthesis (paralleling the work of 澄觀 Chéngguān’s contemporary 不空 Amoghavajra in T0297). The work is preserved in the Fángshān shí jīng 房山石經 collection (F1084).
