The Sūtra Spoken by the Buddha on Amitābha Samyak-saṃbuddha Surpassing-the-Path-of-Beings by 支謙 (Zhī Qiān, 譯)

About the work

This 2-fascicle text by 支謙 Zhī Qiān is the second early Chinese version of the Sukhāvatī-vyūha-sūtra, after Lokakṣema’s T0361 but before the canonical T0360. The unusually long, transcription-heavy title preserves much of the Sanskrit original phonologically and is characteristic of the early-Three-Kingdoms transcription style.

Abstract
