About the work
This 2-fascicle commentary on the [[KR6f0060|Wú liàng shòu jīng T0360]] is by 慧遠 Jìngyǐng Huìyuǎn (the Suí Dìlùn-school master, 523–592). One of the foundational Pure-Land commentaries in the Chinese tradition, it provided the Yogācāra-influenced doctrinal-interpretive framework that would be elaborated by later Pure-Land masters 曇鸞 Tánluán, 道綽 Dàochuò, and 善導 Shàndǎo.
