About the work
This 1-fascicle commentary on the [[KR6f0082|Smaller Sukhāvatī]] is by 智圓 Zhìyuán (976–1022), the great Northern-Sòng Tiāntái-school Shānwài 山外 (“Off-the-Mountain”) master, presenting the Shānwài reading of the Pure Land sūtra in opposition to the Shānjiā (Mountain-Family) line of 知禮 Zhīlǐ.
