About the work
The Yǒudé nǚ suǒwèn dàchéng jīng (T568) is a one-fascicle Tang Mahāyāna sūtra by Bodhiruci II 菩提流志 (菩提流志; ca. 572–727 CE). The protagonist Yǒudé nǚ 有德女 (“Virtuous Maiden”; Sanskrit Guṇavatī) is a young woman who poses doctrinal questions to the Buddha.

Abstract
A short Tang Mahāyāna text in the wise-women genre. Bodhiruci II’s translation activity at Cháng’ān is dated 693–727 CE; this text falls within that bracket.
