Abstract
The text presents the Esoteric framework for Śākyamuni-practice — the identification of the historical Buddha (in his nirmāṇakāya) with his cosmic dharmakāya expression in the Vajradhātu mandala. The yīshèng (One-Vehicle) doctrine of the Saddharmapuṇḍarīka tradition is here integrated with the Vajra-mandalic framework. The text is anonymously transmitted and conventionally dated to the late Táng period.
