Abstract
The text presents the dhāraṇī-recitation practice and its associated visualisation for the Aparājita-dhvaja-rāja Tathāgata. The dhāraṇī’s function is martial-protective: the recitation invokes the Buddha’s invincible-banner power for protection of self and community. The translation dates from Dānapāla’s Yìjīngyuàn period (985–1017).
