Preface to the Four-House Record of the Huánglóng [Sub-lineage] — a one-juan preface-only text for the Huánglóng sìjiā lù 黃龍四家錄, a Northern-Sòng compilation of the yǔlù of the four major masters of the Huánglóng 黃龍 sub-lineage of the Línjì Chán school. Preface by Qián Mì 錢密 (the Xiùrén 秀人 designation — “Refined Person” — appears to be a sobriquet).

The parent Huánglóng sìjiā lù compiles the yǔlù of the four principal Huánglóng-line masters descending from Huánglóng Huìnán 黃龍慧南 (1002–1069), the founder of the Huánglóng sub-lineage. The Huánglóng lineage eventually died out by the mid-Sòng, with the Yángqí sub-lineage carrying the Línjì tradition forward.
