丁特起 Dīng Tèqǐ was a Northern Song official (fl. 1126–1127; CBDB id 439011) who was present in Kaifeng during the Jīngkāng crisis — the Jin siege and capture of the Northern Song capital. His sole surviving work is the Jìngkāng Jìwén 靖康紀聞 (KR4k0028), a diary-style account of the siege, fall of the city, and Jin occupation. His dates and further biographical details are unknown.
