Sān Tài 三泰 (d. 1759) was an early-Qiánlóng Manchu official, by 1740 Xíngbù shàngshū 刑部尚書 (Minister of Punishments), who served as one of the two principal compilers of the KR2m0055 Dà Qīng lǜlì 大清律例 in its mature form, promulgated in Qiánlóng 5 (1740). With Xú Běn 徐本 (1683–1747), he conducted the article-by-article revision requested by Fù Nǎi 傅鼐, drawing more than a thousand established substatutes (tiáolì 條例) into the body of the code. He held a series of further senior central-government appointments through the 1740s and 1750s. CBDB id 57028 records death in 1759 and an index year of 1696. The CBDB also contains a homonymous Míng-period 三泰 (135208), unrelated to this person.
