Rénxiào huánghòu 仁孝皇后

Empress consort of the Yǒnglè 永樂 emperor of the Míng (Zhū Dì 朱棣); née Xú 徐, eldest daughter of the Míng founding general Xú Dá 徐達. Posthumously titled Rénxiào wén huánghòu 仁孝文皇后 (1362–1407).

Credited as the recipient of the dream-revelation of the Mènggǎn fóshuō xīyǒu gōngdé jīng 夢感佛說希有功德經 (1420). This claimed dream-text was expelled from the Buddhist canon by the Yǒnglè 18 catalog supervisor 一如 Yīrú with the verdict huāngtáng zhī yán, bùkě rùzàng 荒唐之言不可入藏 (“absurd words, must not enter the canon”).
