Hé Qùfēi 何去非 (fl. 1082–1090), zì Zhèngtōng 正通, was a Northern Sòng bīngjiā writer of Pǔchéng 浦城 (Fújiàn). Held the title bóshì in the Wǔxué (military-school examinations system established under Wáng Ānshí) and rose to Tàicháng bóshì. Patron-supported by Sū Shì 蘇軾, who pressed for his promotion. Author of the Hé bóshì bèi lùn 何博士備論 (KR3b0014, his historical-strategic essay-collection on military case-studies). His writings were collected by Sū Shì and presented to court.
