Gōngsūn Lóng 公孫龍 (c. 320 – c. 250 BCE) was one of the leading figures of the School of Names (Míng jiā 名家) in the Warring States, famous for logical-semantic paradoxes (bái mǎ fēi mǎ 白馬非馬 “a white horse is not a horse” being the most celebrated). Eponymous author of the Gōngsūn Lóng zǐ 公孫龍子 (KR5f0006).
