Liú Guóguāng 劉國光 (zì Bīnchén 賓臣, fl. Guāngxù period, late 19th c., 清), late-Qīng official of Chǔběi 楚北 (Húběi); served as Prefect (zhīfǔ) of Qúzhōu 衢州 (Zhèjiāng) in the Guāngxù 9 (1883) period. Acquainted with the Qúzhōu physician Léi Fēng 雷豐 (Léi Shàoyì 雷少逸); prefaced and printed Léi’s editions of the Shíbìng lùn 時病論 and the Jiǔfǎ mìchuán 灸法秘傳 (KR3ee047, 1883). The catalog meta lists him as author of KR3ee047; properly speaking he is the preface-writer and patron-printer rather than the editorial compiler (that is Léi Fēng).
