Liú Qí 劉跂 (fl. Yuánfēng–Zhènghé, c. 1075–1117), zì Sīlì 斯立, hào XuéYì xiānshēng 學易先生, of Dōngpíng 東平 (Shāndōng). Eldest son of Liú Zhì 劉摯 (the Yuányòu chief councillor). Jìnshì of Yuánfēng 2 / 1079. Held office to Cháofèngláng, Tàicháng bóshì. Like his father, identified with the Yuányòu faction; in Shàoshèng / Yuánfú his father was demoted and exiled, and Liú Qí spent the Chóngníng / Dàguān period in retirement. Hào “XuéYì” reflects his deep engagement with the Yìjīng. Author of XuéYì jí 學易集 KR4d0113 in 8 juǎn. Biography: Sòng shǐ j. 340 (附 in his father Liú Zhì’s biography).
