Liú Qí 劉跂 (fl. YuánfēngZhènghé, c. 1075–1117), Sīlì 斯立, hào XuéYì xiānshēng 學易先生, of Dōngpíng 東平 (Shāndōng). Eldest son of Liú Zhì 劉摯 (the Yuányòu chief councillor). Jìnshì of Yuánfēng 2 / 1079. Held office to Cháofèngláng, Tàicháng bóshì. Like his father, identified with the Yuányòu faction; in Shàoshèng / Yuánfú his father was demoted and exiled, and Liú Qí spent the Chóngníng / Dàguān period in retirement. Hào “XuéYì” reflects his deep engagement with the Yìjīng. Author of XuéYì jí 學易集 KR4d0113 in 8 juǎn. Biography: Sòng shǐ j. 340 (附 in his father Liú Zhì’s biography).
