Liú Dàozhēn 劉道真, hào Chóngxuán zǐ 重玄子 (“Master of the Doubled Mystery” — alluding to Lǎozǐ chap. 1 xuánzhīyòu xuán 玄之又玄), was a Quánzhēn 全真 Daoist of Rǔnán 汝南 (Hénán) active in the late thirteenth century. He authored the colophon (跋) to [[KR5a0288|Xī yí zhǐ mí lùn 析疑指迷論]] (DZ 276), dated Dàdé wùxū zhòngchūn shuò 大德戊戌仲春朔 (the new moon of the second month of the wùxū year of the Dàdé reign-period, 1298). The colophon praises Niú Dàochún 牛道淳’s “lofty discussion in two installments, called Xī yí zhǐ mí: pure conversation that withholds nothing of the breast, profound subtlety borne forth in brushwork; what he has nourished his whole life, here is seen.” Beyond this single attested writing, no biographical record survives.
