Zhōu Shǒuzhōng 周守忠 (zì Cǎnzhuàng 篟莊, fl. late Southern Sòng, Jiādìng era, c. 1208–1224), Hángzhōu-area literatus and the most prolific Southern-Sòng compiler of yǎngshēng anthologies. Three closely related works are attributed to him: (i) the Yǎngshēng lèizuǎn 養生類纂 (KR3eo022) — a comprehensive topical anthology in 22 juan; (ii) the Yǎngshēng yuèlǎn 養生月覽 (KR3eo024) — the same material reorganised as a month-by-month seasonal regimen; (iii) the Lèizuǎn zhūjiā yǎngshēng yàoyán 類纂諸家養生要言 (a third anthology, fragmentarily preserved). Together these constitute the principal Southern-Sòng synthesis of the yǎngshēng literature and the chief modern source for the state of the yǎngshēng canon at the end of the 12th century.
