Yáo Lán 姚瀾 (fl. early 19th c.), zì Wéizhōu 維舟, hào Róngpǔ 蓉浦. Mid-Qīng physician of Cíxī 慈谿 (Níngbō, Zhèjiāng). Author of the Běncǎo fēn jīng 本草分經 (KR3ec060) — a working pharmacopoeia organised entirely by channel-entry (歸經): substances are classified into chapters for each of the twelve channels and the qí jīng eight extraordinary vessels, so that a physician treating a specific-channel pathology can read off the appropriate substances in sequence. The work was printed in 道光二十年 (1840). Yáo also compiled the Yīxué chá jiǎn 醫學查鑑.
