Shǒulǐ 守禮 (Táng Shǒulǐ 唐守禮)
Late-Míng lay Buddhist and literary associate of Méicūn jūshì Zhāng Shǒuyuē 梅村居士張守約. Surname Táng 唐; hào Zhènshān jūshì 鎮山居士 (“Mountain-Anchored Layman”). Lifedates and full biographical details unrecorded. Preface-writer for Zhāng’s Nǐ Hánshān shī KR6q0217; preface-signature reads shè mò Zhènshān jūshì Táng Shǒulǐ shí 社末鎮山居士唐守禮識, identifying him as a junior member of the lay-Buddhist community (“shè mò 社末” — junior member of the shè 社, community) to which Zhāng belonged.
Note: The Kanripo catalog labels 守禮’s dynasty as 唐 (Táng), which is a transcription error — 唐 is his surname, not a dynastic designation. He is properly a Míng figure.
