Dàhóng Shǒusuì 大洪守遂 (1072–1147), shì Jìngyán chánshī 淨嚴禪師 (conferred Zhènghé 8 = 1118 by imperial decree), Northern-Sòng / Southern-Sòng transition Cáodòng 曹洞宗 master. Lay surname Zhāng 章, native of Péngxī 蓬溪 in Suìníng 遂寧 (modern Sìchuān).

Entered the Nánlù yuàn 南麓院 as a novice under Zìqìng Shàngrén 自慶上人; ordained at 27. Travelled south, first to Yùquán 玉泉 to study under Qín chánshī 懃禪師 (Fóguǒ Kèqín’s lineage), serving as fù yuàn shì 副院事; after a year travelled to Dàhóng 大洪 to study under Bào’ēn chánshī 報恩禪師 (DILA A011155), attaining awakening during their first interview when a small insect fell to the ground and he brushed it away — the sudden jīyuán awakening moment of the Chán tradition.

Held abbacies at Dàhóng 大洪, Shuānglín yuàn 雙林院 in Suízhōu 隨州 (under the patronage of the prefect Yuán Gōng Zhuó 袁公灼), Shuǐnán yuàn 水南院 (whence the alternate name Shuǐnán Suì 水南遂), Déān Yánfú yuàn 德安延福院 (from Jiànyán 1 = 1127), and back at Dàhóng shān from Shàoxīng 5 (1135). Died on Shàoxīng 17.3 (spring 1147), aged 76.
