Sòng Xián 宋咸 (fl. 1037–1058), Guànzhī 貫之, was a Northern Sòng official and classicist of the Jǐnfēngfǔ 建州 / Jiànyáng 建陽 region (Fújiàn). He took the jìnshì in Tiānshèng 2 (1024) and held a sequence of provincial posts, rising to Auxiliary in the Bureau of Sacrifices (Sīfēng yuánwài láng 司封員外郎) and Magistrate of Yóuxī 尤溪 in Fúzhōu, with a parallel office as Inspector of Criminal Affairs in Guǎngnánxīlù 廣南西路 諸州軍刑獄. His scholarly work in the 1030s–1050s is concentrated in Confucian classicism and -tradition recovery: his Chóngguǎng zhù Yángzǐ Fǎ yán 重廣注揚子法言 was completed in Jǐngyòu 3 (1036) and presented in Jǐngyòu 4 (1037); his Kǒng cóngzǐ commentary in Jiāyòu 3 (1058). Both are absorbed into the SKQS texts (KR3a0009 and KR3a0003 respectively). His Fǎ yán commentary added more than five hundred new annotations to fill perceived gaps in Lǐ Guǐ and Liǔ Zōngyuán; together with Wú Mì’s parallel work, it forms the layer of Northern Sòng commentary that Sīmǎ Guāng integrated into the standard Fǎ yán jí zhù. CBDB id 1565 carries no dates; his birth and death years remain unestablished.
