A late-Indian Buddhist stotra-author known only by his Chinese name Jìyǒu zūnzhě 寂友尊者 (“the Venerable Friend-of-Quietude”); the Sanskrit original is uncertain (possibly Śivakara, Śivakāmin, or similar). Catalogued by CANWWW under AUT00315 as the author of the Fó jíxiáng dé zàn 佛吉祥德讚 KR6o0136 (T32n1681), translated into Chinese by 施護 Shīhù (Dānapāla) at the Sòng Institute in the late tenth or early eleventh century.
The DILA Buddhist Person Authority does not register this Sòng-translated stotra-author separately. A different and earlier Tang-period 寂友 (Mitraśānta, A001026, of Tukhāra) — a translator rather than an author — is attested in DILA but is not the same figure as the author of KR6o0136. The Sòng-era Jì-yǒu zūn-zhě should be treated as an Indian Buddhist of unknown date whose three-fascicle hymn on the Buddha’s auspicious qualities was preserved in Chinese alone.
