Bǎoyìn 寶印 (1109–1190)

Southern-Sòng Línjì-Yángqí Chán master, shì Fózhào chánshī 佛照禪師, abbot of the Jìngshān Wànshòu sì 徑山萬壽寺 (foremost of the Five-Mountain Wǔshān 五山 Chán institutions). Principal monastic interlocutor of Sòng Xiàozōng (趙昚, 1127–1194); recipient of the emperor’s Yùzhù Yuánjué jīng (KR6i0562) in 1183, which he had engraved at Jìngshān.
