Zhāng Ǎishēng 張靄生 (清, dates unrecorded) was a Kāng-xī-era literatus and friend of 陳潢 (Chén Huáng), who redacted Chén’s hydraulic-engineering doctrine into the 12-chapter Héfáng shùyán 河防述言 (Related-Words on River Defense), appended to 靳輔’s Zhìhé zòujì shū (KR2k0076). He also drew the Huánghé quántú (Comprehensive Map of the Yellow River) prefacing that work — described by the Sìkù tíyào as more accurate than any pre-Qiánlóng representation. CBDB has no entry under this name.
