Déhóng 德弘
Yuán-dynasty Chán monk; disciple and attendant of Zhúyuán Yǒngshèng 竺源永盛 (1275–1347). Lifedates unrecorded. Compiler of the Zhèng dào gē zhù 證道歌註 KR6q0179 from his master’s extempore commentarial responses to visiting students at the Nánchāo Zhúyuánān 南巢竺源菴; identified in the colophon as cānxué ménrén Déhóng biān 參學門人德弘編 (“disciple-of-Chán-study Déhóng, editor”). One of three named dharma-heirs at Yǒngshèng’s Nánchāo memorial (alongside Huìyuè 慧月 and Huìguān 慧觀). No independent biographical material is preserved.
