志福 Zhìfú (“Will-Blessing”) was a Khitan Liáo 遼 dynasty Chinese Buddhist scholastic, fl. late eleventh century, of the Dōngshān Chóngxiānsì 東山崇仙寺. He was active during the reign of Liáo Dàozōng 道宗 (Tiānyòu emperor, r. 1055–1101), under whose patronage he composed the Shì Móhēyǎn lùn tōngxuán chāo 釋摩訶衍論通玄鈔 (KR6o0090) — a four-juǎn sub-commentary on the [[KR6o0084|Shì Móhēyǎn lùn]] commissioned by the emperor and prefaced by an imperial composition. The emperor’s preface describes him as “of Vulture-Peak lineage (鷲嶺) and Garuda-voice (鵬聲) virtue”, high doctrinal honorifics. He is otherwise poorly attested in standard biographical sources, reflecting the general gap in the Buddhist biographical record for the Khitan-Liáo period; no firm dates are available.
