In the Qiánlóng period, over four years, transcribed-and-supplemented (彙補 huìbǔ) Sòng-Yuán-Míng commentaries on Dìguān’s Sìjiào yí into the comprehensive Sìjiào yí zhù huìbǔ fǔhóng jì 四教儀註彙補輔宏記 (KR6d0174, X57n0980, 10 juan). The work was finalised in Kāngxī 44 (1705) — Xìngquán’s own preface — but the most extensive editorial activity occurred in the Qiánlóng era. In the Jiāqìng era it was supplemented-and-corrected by the lay-disciple Qián Yīān 錢伊菴居士; in the Guāngxù era it was systematically arranged-and-printed by Dìxián fǎshī 諦閑法師.
