Korēmune no Tokitoshi 惟宗時俊 (catalog variant 唯宗時俊; fl. late 13th c., Kamakura period), Japanese court physician of the Korēmune 惟宗 clan — a hereditary medical lineage of immigrant Chinese (Hata 秦 clan) descent attached to the Ten-yaku-ryō 典藥寮 (the imperial Medicines Bureau) of the Heian and Kamakura imperial court. He held the bureau title Ten-yaku-no-suke 典藥助 (vice-director). His one transmitted work is the Ika senjimon 醫家千字文 (KR3ea033), the earliest substantial original Japanese medical work in classical Chinese, conventionally dated between Kōan 10 (1287) and Kagen 1 (1304). The Korēmune clan also produced the Heian-era Ishinpō compiler Tanba no Yasuyori 丹波康賴 (though Yasuyori in fact belongs to the rival Tanba lineage; the two Heian medical families served in parallel under the imperial bureau).
