Qī Guāng 戚光 (fl. early 14th c.), Yuán scholar of Jīnlíng 金陵 (modern Nánjīng). His sole known scholarly contribution is the yīnshì 音釋 (one-juàn phonetic and textual notes) to 陸游 Lù Yóu’s NánTáng shū KR2i0018. The yīnshì was printed in Tiānlì 天歷 1 (1328) by his student 程塾 Chéng Shú of the Jīnlíng Bóshì 博士 with a preface by Yuán Jíxiányuàn xuéshì 集賢院學士 Zhào Shìyán 趙世延; the edition is the standard transmission of the NánTáng shū and is the basis of the Yuán-period text. Qī Guāng’s career is otherwise unrecorded; he had no biography in the Yuánshǐ. He may also have worked on a related NánTáng shū yīnshì — Mǎ Duānlín’s 馬端臨 Wénxiàn tōngkǎo and the Sìkù editors mention his name in connection with the alternative title “Jiāngnán Guǎnzǎi” (a corruption of Jiāngnán Yúzǎi KR2i0012). CBDB has no entry.
