Fáng Shěnquán 房審權 (fl. Xīníng 熙寧 era, 1068–1077), Northern-Sòng Yì compilator from Sìchuān. Compiled the hundred-juan Zhōuyì yì hǎi 周易義海 (“Sea of Meanings of the Zhōuyì”), a major Northern-Sòng collation of post-Hàn Yì-readings extracting some hundred masters from 鄭玄 Zhèng Xuán down to 王安石 Wáng Ānshí, capped with 孔穎達 Kǒng Yǐngdá’s Zhèngyì and with editorial judgments at points of disagreement. The work was substantively lost shortly after the Southern-Sòng Yì-compendium 李衡 Lǐ Héng condensed it into twelve juan as Zhōuyì yì hǎi cuō yào (KR1a0034); 陳振孫 Chén Zhènsūn already records only a four-juan fragment. No biographical details survive beyond his Sìchuān origin and Xīníng-era floruit.
