Tánxiù 曇秀 (lifedates unknown, fl. late 11th – early 12th c.), Northern-Sòng Línjì 黃龍 (Huánglóng) Chán master, designated Liánquán Tánxiù 廉泉曇秀 from his abbacy at Liánquányuàn 廉泉院. Dharma-heir of the great Linji-Huáng-lóng master Huánglóng Huìnán 黃龍慧南 (1002–1069), the founder-figure of the Huánglóng sub-lineage of the Linji school.

He compiled the 《人天寶鑑》 Réntiān bǎojiàn (KR6r0095, X87 no. 1612, 1 juan) — “Precious Mirror of Humans and Gods” — an anthology of edifying anecdotes drawn from the canonical-Buddhist literature, the gāosēng zhuàn tradition, and miscellaneous Chinese-Buddhist anecdote-collections, organised as a moral-instructional handbook.
