Zēng Shìróng 曾世榮 (1253–1332), zì Déxiǎn 德顯, hào Yùxī 育溪, of Héngyáng 衡陽 (Húnán). Yuán-period paediatrician active during the Yuánzhēn / Dàdé eras; principal author of two of the most influential post-Qián-Yǐ paediatric works: the Huóyòu xīnshū 活幼心書 (KR3ej007), completed at Zhìyuán jiǎwǔ 至元甲午 = 1294, and the closely related Huóyòu kǒuyì 活幼口議 (KR3ej024). Zēng inherited his paediatric practice from his teacher Liú Sīdào 劉斯道; his self-preface to the Huóyòu xīnshū describes his medical lineage and theoretical alignment with Qián Yǐ’s zàngfǔ paediatric framework. He is regarded by the late-Yuán and Míng paediatric tradition as one of the principal continuators of the QiánYǐ–Chén Wénzhōng paediatric synthesis.
