Lǐ Zhāngwǔ 李彰五 (fl. Guāngxù period, late 19th c., 清), late-Qīng official-physician active in nearly forty years of medical practice up to 1898. Author of multiple works including the Bìngjiā xūzhī gējué 病家須知歌訣, an annotated Hánwēn tiáobiàn 寒溫條辨, the Zhòngjǐng Shānghán jízhù 仲景傷寒輯注 (30 juan, unpublished), the Zhòngjǐng màifǎ wàizhù 仲景脈法外注 (unpublished), and the Màidù yùnxíng kǎo 脈度運行考 (KR3ee039, 1898). No further biographical record survives.
