Lǐ Lián 李濂 (1488–1566), Chuānfù 川父, hào Sōngzhǔ 嵩渚, of Xiángfú 祥符 (Kāifēng), was a Míng-era local historian of his native Kāifēng. Jìnshì of Zhèngdé 12 (1517); served as Tàipúsì shǎoqīng (Junior Vice-Chamberlain of the Imperial Stud) and other minor offices before retirement. In retirement at Kāifēng he produced extensive Kāifēng local-historical scholarship: the Biànjīng yíjì zhì (KR2k0097) — a 24-juan documentary monograph on Northern-Sòng Biànjīng — is his principal work; he also produced the Xiángfú xiānxián zhuàn (catalogued elsewhere in the Sìkù) and the Yīshǐ 醫史 (a medical-history monograph). CBDB has no confident match among the multiple homonymous entries; the catalog meta lifedates 1488–1566 are accepted here as the standard.
