Mid-Qīng physician, otherwise undocumented in standard biographical sources. Sole identified work is KR3er123 Yīshī mìjí 醫師秘笈, dated by the Jìchéng tradition to 1736 (composition) and Jiāqìng 17 / 1812 (earliest extant print).

Not to be confused with: the late-Míng Wànlì-era Lǐ Yángōng 李言恭 (1541–1599), Marquis of Línhuái 臨淮侯, literatus-administrator and author of the Rìběn kǎo 日本考 — a different and earlier figure of the same name, with no medical writings to his credit. The catalog attribution of KR3er123 to a Qīng-era Lǐ Yángōng is therefore a different person sharing the same name. Disambiguation would require consultation of the Zhōngguó zhōngyī gǔjí zǒngmù.
