Lǐ Bāngxiàn 李邦獻 (Sòng) was a Northern–Southern Sòng transition official, younger brother of Tàizǎi Lǐ Bāngyàn 李邦彥 (the chief minister of the late Huīzōng / early Qīnzōng). Native of Huáizhōu 懷州 (Hénán). Held office to Zhí Fūwéngé 直敷文閣. Composer of the Shěngxīn záyán 省心雜言 (KR3a0038) — a biji of moral aphorisms — which was, on the SKQS tíyào’s correction of the prevailing misattributions, in fact his work; misattributed in pre-SKQS tradition variously to Lín Bū 林逋 (Northern Sòng poet, hào Héjìng 和靖) and Yǐn Tūn 尹焞 (whose hào also resembles Lín Bū’s), or to Shěn Dàoyuán 沈道原 (per Wáng Bì’s compilation of Zhū Xī’s yǔlù supplements). The Yǒnglè dàdiǎn-preserved Sòng full text contains five prefaces (Qí Kuān 祁寬, Zhèng Wàngzhī 鄭望之, Shěn Jùn 沈濬, Wāng Yīngchén 汪應辰, Wáng Dàshí 王大實) and three colophons (Mǎ Zǎo 馬藻, Xiàng Ānshì 項安世, Lè Zhāng 樂章), plus three further colophons by Lǐ Bāngxiàn’s grandson Lǐ Qígāng 耆岡 and his fourth-generation descendant Lǐ Jǐngchū 景初 — all attributing the work to Lǐ Bāngxiàn and refuting the Lín Bū attribution; Lǐ Qígāng explicitly says he had seen the manuscript draft.
