梁啟超 Liáng Qǐchāo

Liáng Qǐchāo 梁啟超 (1873–1929, of Xīnhuì 新會, Guǎngdōng), leading late-Qīng / Republican-era reformer, journalist, and scholar; with 康有為 Kāng Yǒuwéi the principal voice of the 1898 reform movement. Mentioned in 熊希齡 Xióng Xīlíng’s 1927 colophon to 譚志光 Tán Zhìguāng’s Zhēnjiǔ wèndá 針灸問答 (KR3ee035) as part of the 1890s Húnán Nánxuéhuì 南學會 reformist circle.
