Yuè Péngguī 樂朋龜 was a late-Táng official and prose-stylist, author of KR5c0364 Xī chuān Qīng yáng gōng bēi míng 西川青羊宮碑銘 — a stele-inscription for the Qīng yáng gōng 青羊宮 (Blue-Ram Palace) in Chéng dū, dated 884 (Zhōng hé 4, under Táng Xī zōng). The Qīng yáng gōng was the famous Chéngdū temple marking the spot where Lǎo zǐ reappeared to Yǐn Xǐ in the form of a boy leading a green/blue goat.
