Lóu Yuè 樓鑰 (1137–1213), zì Dàfáng 大防, hào Gōngkuì zhǔrén 攻媿主人, posthumous title Xuānxiàn 宣獻, was a Southern Sòng official, statesman, and bibliographer of the Yǒngjiā 永嘉 (Sìmíng 四明 = Níngbō) school. He took the jìnshì in 1163, rose to Hànlín xuéshì 翰林學士, Lǐbù shàngshū 禮部尚書 and Cānzhī zhèngshì 參知政事 under Níngzōng. His collected works Gōngkuì jí 攻媿集 (or Gōngkuì xiānsheng wénjí) survives in 112 juàn and is a fundamental source for late-12th- / early-13th-century Sòng history; he also undertook a notable 1169 mission to the Jīn court (recorded in Běi xíng rì lù 北行日錄). His preface (嘉定元年, 1208) to Shěn Shū’s 沈樞 Tōngjiàn zǒnglèi 通鑑總類 KR2h0002 is the best surviving notice of that work’s origin. CBDB dates from standard biographies; Sòngshǐ 宋史 j.395.
