Shěn Dēngjiē 沈登階 (hào Qīngxiá 青霞) — mid-to-late Qīng physician of the Jiāngnán region, associated with the Yángzhōu / Hànshàng 邗上 area. The internal-evidence dating of his KR3ep036 Qīngxiá yīàn 青霞醫案 (a major qiūzào 秋燥 autumn-dryness case dated 1857 / dīngchǒu in the ninth month, treating the son of guānchá Fāng Zǐyán at Fèngyáng) anchors his floruit to the late-Xián-fēng / Tóngzhì era (c. 1850s–1880s). His clinical work continues the post-喻昌-吳塘 qiūzào tradition. CBDB has no entry; biographical data are limited.
