Wēn Dá 溫達 (?–1715), Manchu official of the late Kāngxī 康熙 reign. Held the senior offices of Junior Guardian (光祿大夫), Minister of Personnel (吏部尚書), and Grand Secretary of the Wénhuá diàn 文華殿大學士. Chief compiler-of-record (奉敕撰) of the imperially commissioned Shèngzǔ Rénhuángdì qīnzhēng pīngdìng shuòmò fānglüè 聖祖仁皇帝親征平定朔漠方略 (KR2c0010) in 48 juǎn, the campaign history of Kāngxī’s three personal expeditions against the Dzungar khan Galdan (1690, 1696–97), commissioned at the close of the campaign and presented under his name; the Yùzhì xù by Kāngxī himself is dated Kāngxī 47 (1708). According to CBDB (personid 90433), citing the Qīngdài rénwù shēngzú niánbiǎo, his death year is given as Kāngxī 54 (1715); birthyear unknown. The catalog meta cites his death as 1715, in agreement.
