Late-Míng calligrapher and theorist; zì Wúshēng 無聲, hào Dázhāi 達齋, of Qiántáng 錢唐 (Hángzhōu). Active in the late Wànlì through Chóngzhēn decades (fl. 1627 per catalog meta). With his elder brother Pān Zhīqí 潘之淇 (zì Ěrzhān 爾瞻) both noted as calligraphers. Author of KR3h0052 Shūfǎ líguō 書法離鉤 (10 juàn), a late-Míng systematic calligraphic compendium taking its title from the Chán paradox of “detachment from method” — calligraphic method must be entered, transcended, and then re-entered.
