熊希齡 Xióng Xīlíng

Xióng Xīlíng 熊希齡 (zì Bǐngsān 秉三, 1870–1937), prominent Húnán late-Qīng / Republican-era politician and reformer; Premier of the Republic of China (1913–14). Closely associated with the 1898 Húnán reform movement and the Nánxuéhuì 南學會 circle. Wrote the 1927 colophon to 譚志光 Tán Zhìguāng’s Zhēnjiǔ wèndá 針灸問答 (KR3ee035).
