Wáng Yì 王廙

Zì Shìjiāng 世將. Eastern Jìn 東晉 court official, painter, and Yì scholar, native of Lángyé Línyí 琅邪臨沂 (modern Shāndōng); uncle of the calligrapher Wáng Xīzhī 王羲之. Author of a Zhōuyì zhù 周易註 in ten juàn (recorded in the Suíshū jīngjí zhì); the work is lost but is cited in 李鼎祚 Lǐ Dǐngzuò’s Zhōuyì jíjiě (KR1a0008). Jìnshū (juan 76) gives his biography.
