Kāngxī-period (early 18th c.) physician of Bǎoyìng 寶應 (Jiāngsū); zì Niànxī 念西. Author of KR3eb016 Mài jué rǔ hǎi, a six-juan commentary on the pseudo-Wáng-Shūhé Mài jué that uses HéLuò / Yìjīng cosmology as its theoretical framework. The work was preserved in poor condition until Yè Lín 葉霖 reprinted it in 1891, providing the principal biographical witness (Yè’s preface notes that no date for Wáng was then known). Conventionally dated to c. 1715 from internal citation evidence. Name discrepancy: the catalog meta records “王邦博”; the textual evidence in KR3eb016 uniformly reads “王邦傅” (followed here).
