Lú Biàn 盧辯 (fl. mid 6th c.), Jǐngxuān 景宣, native of Fànyáng 范陽 (modern Héběi). A senior Northern Zhōu official-and-classicist; promoted under Yǔwén Tài 宇文泰’s patronage; became Tàifù and Yìtóng sānsī 儀同三司 under the Northern Zhōu. His principal scholarly work is the annotation to the DàDài Lǐjì 大戴禮記 KR1d0076 — the standard transmitted annotation, completed in the mid-Northern-Zhōu period and integrated into all subsequent recensions of the text. The annotation supersedes the earlier (now-lost) Hàn-period Liú Xī 劉熙 DàDài Lǐjì zhù, which the Liáng Suí jīngjí zhì records as already lost. Běi shǐ j. 30 (biography). CBDB id 276352; floruit ca. 1468 (in Mínjì terms — Northern Zhōu period in absolute terms, ca. 540–560s).
