Mid-Qiánlóng Manchu noble, statesman, and fùmǎ 駙馬 (imperial son-in-law); of the Fùchá 富察 clan, son of Fùhéng 傅恒 and brother of Fùcháng’ān 福長安. Married Qiánlóng’s fourth daughter, Princess Héjiā 和嘉公主. Held office as Bīngbù shàngshū and Lǐbù shàngshū, Wǔyīngdiàn dàxuéshì. Directed the supplementary editing (校補) of the Huángcháo lǐqì túshì 皇朝禮器圖式 (KR2m0036) in 1766, succeeding Yùnlù. Co-author of the Qīndìng Mǎnzhōu yuánliú kǎo 欽定滿洲源流考. Died young in 1784, aged 38. Standard reference: Qīng huàjiā shīshǐ and the Mǎnzú jiànshǐ.
